What is Pixel Laser?
Pixel Laser is a revolutionary, next generation skin resurfacing treatment that can deliver amazing results for a wide variety of skin concerns. Pixel Laser works by forcing the skin to regenerate new skin cells and produce collagen, therefore improving skin tone, texture and overall appearance.
During the treatment, a beam of laser creates microscopic perforations to the surface of the skin prompting the epidermis to heal itself. It is a highly effective treatment to address various skin imperfections from the common signs of ageing to more tricky conditions such as scarring, pigmentation and stretchmarks. Pixel Laser can be carried out on the face and body and only targets the exact areas of concern, leaving the surrounding healthy tissue untouched.
All treatments are tailored to the individual and personal experiences and results may vary. We recommend a one to one consultation with our Treatment Coordinators to discuss your treatment options.
Which types of concern does Pixel Laser treat?
Pixel Laser cleverly tricks the skin into thinking its wounded to trigger the production of new collagen to replace damaged, old skin cells with healthy, new ones. This innovative face and body laser treatment can combat the common signs of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, loose skin and enlarged pores. It can also help to brighten and even out pigmentation, tackle sun damage and significantly reduce the appearance of stretchmarks.
What to expect during and after a Pixel Laser treatment?
Pixel Laser treatment is carried out by one of our expert medical team using a handheld laser device. The treatment usually takes around 1 hour and you should expect to experience some redness and mild sunburn sensation immediately after. Over the next 3-5 days you should expect to notice skin peeling off from the treated area, revealing the regenerated brand new, healthy skin cells.
Pixel Laser utilises ablative resurfacing laser, therefore you may experience a slight sting as the laser touches the skin. It is usually recommended that a course of 4-6 treatments should be carried out to achieve maximum results, however, this is something that will be assessed by your personal Treatment Coordinator.
Which areas can be treated with Pixel Laser?
Pixel Laser treatment is suited to most skin types and can be used on both face and body. It is therefore not only an effective form of treatment for common concerns found on the face, such as acne scarring and the signs of ageing, but it can also effectively treat stretch marks and other scars found on any area of the body.

Step by Step Pixel Laser
1 NO OBLIGATORY CONSULTATION
Firstly, you need to book a complimentary consultation with one of our highly experienced Treatment Coordinators. Your full medical history will be taken and you will be able to talk about your beauty goals. Your Treatment Coordinator will discuss the treatment in more detail and book you in for a patch test with one of our practitioners.
2 MEET YOUR PRACTITIONER
Prior to the treatment you will receive a patch test to ensure there are no side effects and to give you an idea of the treatment. If your practitioner decides you are the right candidate and you wish to proceed with the treatment your next appointment for your first treatment will be booked.
3 DURING THE TREATMENT
The treatment involves a handheld laser device that creates tiny multiple traumas on the upper layer of the skin. Once the laser beam touches your skin you should feel a slightly stinging sensation as the laser penetrates your skin to create the micro perforations. This will fool your skin to proceed to its natural healing process and produce new collagen giving you a resurfaced, youthful complexion.
4 AFTER THE TREATMENT
After the treatment you should experience a sunburn sensation and your skin will start to peel off. However, this is part of the normal skin restoring process. Your practitioner will advise you on the homecare and type of products you should use after the treatment.
