What is the Temporal Lift?
The Temporal Lift treatment, often referred to as the ‘T- Lift’ is the latest age-defying innovation brought to you by EF MEDISPA. Designed to combat the signs of ageing by lifting and tightening the skin, the Temporal Lift provides a natural, youthful and visibly firmer appearance to the face.
This ground-breaking treatment begins with bilateral incisions being made discreetly within the hairline, the skin is then stretched upwards and tightened, then sutured and stapled closed. The highly effective face-lift procedure is carried out within an hour under local anaesthetic.
At EF MEDISPA the Temporal Lift procedure is performed by one of our highly skilled plastic surgeons, Mr Fallahdar who is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons. Being a treatment that is performed under local anaesthetic, the procedure takes place in-house within EF MEDISPA’s minor operations theatre, which is overseen by our first-class medical team.
The ground-breaking treatment is a minimally invasive procedure, offering instant visible results with very little post-operative downtime required. Since the sutures and staples are hidden within your hairline you will feel comfortable to return to work long before their removal. The treatment focuses on the upper half of the face – the eyes, brows and cheeks, targeting areas where the common signs of ageing such as fine lines, wrinkles, bags, sagging and drooping can occur. The Temporal Lift treatment tightens and lifts the skin to provide a smooth, firm, rejuvenated and natural results, which can last for up to 2 – 3 years.
All treatments are tailored to the individual and personal experiences and results may vary. We recommend a one to one consultation with our Treatment Coordinators to discuss your treatment options.
What happens during the Temporal Lift procedure?
Should you wish to proceed with the Temporal Lift procedure, you will meet with one of our highly qualified Plastic Surgeons. During the consultation, the Surgeon will assess the area and discuss the results you are looking to achieve. Please note that the Temporal Lift procedure cannot be carried out if the patient has received anti-wrinkle injections in the previous 4 months. The results of any anti-wrinkle injectable or filler injections need to have worn off to ensure that the skin is able to be fully lifted. If anti-wrinkle injectables have been administered within 2 – 3 days prior to the Temporal Lift treatment, then exceptions can be made. This is down to the discretion of the surgeon. Your Treatment Coordinator will be able to provide you with more information about your suitability for treatment.
